What the St. Louis Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds lost is Houlon Berman's gain. A former standout amateur athlete, Joe Cotton, practices criminal and traffic law for the firm. Joe is a cum laude graduate of Howard University who earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland. Joe and his wife, DaNeeka, have been married since 1993. They have two beautiful girls and handsome twin boys. Prior to joining Houlon Berman, Joe worked as Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore City as well as Prince George's County. |
