
Prior to joining Houlon, Berman, Finci & Levenstein, LLC in January of 2014, Jennifer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Louise G. Scrivener in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
While in law school, Jennifer received the Dean’s Award for Professional Responsibility by representing indigent defendants in her law school’s Criminal Defense clinical program, as well awards for her academic achievements in Legal Ethics and Criminal Defense. She also assisted clients in the Civil Practice Clinic with family and bankruptcy matters and served as a law clerk at the Office of the Public Defender and a boutique white collar criminal defense firm.
Jennifer is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia bar, Montgomery County Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association.
Jennifer graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in 2007 and earned her bachelor’s degree in 2004 from Boston University. She resides in Silver Spring with her husband and children.
