In November 2022, Kelly R. Arnold became an Associate Attorney with Houlon, Berman, Finci & Levenstein after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While attending UB, Kelly was a Student-Attorney/Mediator with the Mediation Clinic for Families. In that role, she worked with parents and families to mediate their custody, support, and visitation matters and subsequently earned her mediation certification. At Houlon Berman, Kelly’s legal practice is primarily focused in the areas of personal injury, family law, and general civil litigation matters. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association and Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence.
Kelly originally joined the Firm in March 2012 as its’ personal injury paralegal, working on a wide range of personal injury claims from automobile accidents to workers’ compensation and medical malpractice claims. Prior to that time, Kelly had already accumulated more than a decade of paralegal experience.
Although born in Richmond, Virginia, Kelly moved to Maryland in 1987. She is a graduate of The Key School in Annapolis, and of University of Maryland University College where she attained her Bachelor of Science with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. Kelly lives in the Annapolis area with her husband and their four children. Kelly is an avid sports fan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, coaching youth sports, and cheering on the USWNT, Spirit, Ravens, Capitals, and Orioles.
